What's the difference between Launch and Plus?

Contact capacity. Launch includes up to 50,000 contacts—more than enough for most consultancies. Plus bumps that to 250,000 for growing academies with multiple cohorts. Everything else is identical. Affiliates don't count toward your contact limit.

What happens if I hit my contact limit?

We'll let you know when you're approaching 80%. No surprise lockouts. If you hit the cap, you can upgrade to Plus or contact us to discuss options. We don't charge per-contact overage fees—that's a bad incentive.

Why per-team-member pricing?

We believe you should keep complete records of every conversation, lead, and relationship. Per-contact pricing discourages that. We charge per team member instead—a predictable price regardless of how much history you maintain.

What's included in the $5,000 setup?

We handle the heavy lifting: moving your data cleanly, configuring your pipelines to match how you actually work, setting up booking, and training your team. You don't launch until everyone's confident.

Do I need a long-term contract?

No long-term contracts. Once your implementation is complete, With Aplomb is month-to-month. And your data is always yours—you can export it anytime.
